Fatigue
haven't felt so tired in a while... been out for like 12 hours today playing ultimate frisbee.. before you start associating frisbee with dogs, take a look at this .. i always get a little touchy when people give me this irritating smirk whenever i tell them i play competitive frisbee... their reaction would be:
"throw the disc around also can have competition ah"
gets kinda irritating sometimes though... haha...
anyway, back to the point... having a league game after training surely isn't very wise... actually suffered from a hamstring cramp when i was having my dinner with the guys.. thank god i didn't choke on my food or anything...
just realized that posting pictures here is quite a pain... needa install program, upload and stuff.. too much trouble in my point of view.. still prefer ftp-ing everything as and when i like... haha..
too bad i can't post any pictures as of now... if not i would be able to show a fabulous bruise i got from doing SOC last week... i actually got so shag that i fell flat into a coil of barb wire whilst clearing the simplest obstacle - step up... for those that don't know, just visualize a canteen bench with a coil of barb wire infront of it and you just have to jump over it... unfortunately for me, with half a body over the obstacle, my leg which was behind caught the bench and i landed face first into the barb wire.. now my reputation will be forever marked with a description saying:
"the guy who fell into the barb wire"
my feet really doesn't have luck these days... was at sentosa for a wing cohesion day on last thursday and while playing beach volleyball, i got a little over zealous trying to keep the ball alive that i ran the edge of a pavement and it took a chunk of my left foot.. shucks...
it's kinda unrelated from what im talking about but if you like soul and funk, go listen to John Legend... he's good.. esp when his album is produced by kanye west...
now to go to bed and hope that i don't get cramps in the middle of the night....
