Disappointed
i've never felt physically like myself after my stupid foot injury... not only have it affected me physically, i feel like somehow someway, the fear of a reoccurring injury just keeps creeping into my head...
im no longer playing as hard during my games or running as hard when im training... an example would be in the evening just now when i was attempting to run 6 rounds around the track to see if i still can maintain my IPPT gold time since i haven't really ran in like 2 months... but sadly, on the fourth round the little fear started creeping into my head once again.. and i actually stopped at the 4th round clocking 6 mins 10 secs...
there was no pain but i just kept thinking that i can't go on anymore... fucking disappointed with myself.. it was just 2 more rounds and i would have met my timing but i just had to stop... very disappointed with myself :/

I know exactly how you feel dude...
Subconsciously holding back... but trying to push harder at the same time...
everytime i hear my joint 'crack' i freak out... it's really wierd to feel the joint move when you hold on to it...
